One of the fantastic things about our catering and event services is the giveback program. Our goal is to help the communities we work with more meaningfully.
As a form of fundraising, we can donate a percentage of the proceeds from any events or catering bookings back to your organization.
About Me
I grew up in Brooklyn enjoying pizza and Italian ice, and after moving to Florida, I couldn't find any Italian ice that matched my taste. This inspired me to start my own business, incorporating my family to keep us close and share the love of this delicious treat.
My son's food coloring allergy has been a major inspiration for my passion, as I've discovered that many people have similar sensitivities. I've made it my mission to create a delicious all-natural dessert.
Brooklyn Ice Treats is made entirely of natural ingredients. This means NO preservatives, NO food coloring, NO artificial flavoring, and NO high fructose corn syrup.
Our products are made from scratch using natural fruit or purée for most flavors. While some flavors, like blue raspberry and sour apple, use flavor essence and extracts. Our smoothies are vegan, meaning they contain no dairy. Our frozen lemonade is made from real lemons and can be mixed with any flavor of our Italian ice to make it more flavorful.

ITALIAN ICE
Italian Ice is a fresh seasonal fruit and water-based frozen treat.
(not to be confused with shaved ice)We make our Italian Ice through a process of mixing filtered water with fruit or purée, sugar, and citric or malic acid. We put the mixture into a batch freezer where it mixes and freezes until it has a smooth, frozen consistency.

Our smoothies are made with fresh, seasonal fruit or purée, ice, sugar, and a touch of citric acid. These are vegan, which means no dairy! Fan favorites are strawberry banana made with strawberry purée and a banana or mango made with mango purée.
